Hey Fam, I’m Leigh Ann McDonald and I’m glad you’re here.

WHO AM I?

PROFESSIONALLY:

I have been a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for the past 7 years with a specialization in Orthopedics, and I LOVE educating people on body movement and movement efficiency. I left the clinic over a year ago to pursue my own business so I can have more of an impact in my community.

CASUALLY:

I am a wife to Sean McDonald and a mom to my 8 year old chocolate lab, Chief and 5 month old son, Owen. I love quality time with people, getting to know new things about famous people (especially actors/musicians), and a good weekend workout (no I’m not joking). So you can catch me any time on YouTube watching an interview on the cast of the newest movie just released or in my gym doing some fun workout.

WHO DO I TRAIN?

I have seen it all, ages 5-95, but I am drawn to the pre- or post-partum moms, women learning their body with new hormonal changes, young athletes, and any person who has an injury and needs a place to begin.

WHY TRAIN WITH ME?

I believe my PT background offers a different perspective on movement allowing you to gain more efficiency in your lifts, power movements, or functional activities. I will break down movements to re-educate muscles that are foundational and we tend to skip over. Give me 6 sessions and I guarantee you will learn something new, improve the efficiency of your movements, and maybe even have a little fun.
